Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on Holded Brains. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every workspace, automation, template and integration.

1. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity and export-control laws.
  • Send spam, unsolicited marketing, phishing messages or any communication that impersonates a person or organisation.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, cryptominers, credential stealers or similar malicious code.
  • Scrape, resell, brute-force or otherwise abuse third-party APIs beyond the limits those providers permit.
  • Automate the creation of fake reviews, engagement, accounts or transactions.
  • Process content that sexually exploits minors, incites violence, or promotes terrorism or self-harm.
  • Attempt to breach, disable or probe the Service, its infrastructure or other customers' workspaces.

2. Fair use of credits and integrations

Credits are intended for legitimate business automation. Reselling credits, sharing a single workspace across unrelated organisations, or running workloads specifically designed to circumvent our rate limits or per-credit pricing are not allowed.

3. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the content you send through automations and for the systems those automations touch. Make sure you have permission to store, transmit or transform any personal or confidential data your workflows process.

4. Security

Do not share API keys, connector credentials or workspace passwords in public channels. Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected] — we investigate every report and do not take legal action against good-faith researchers.

5. Enforcement

If we believe your use violates this AUP we may suspend affected automations, throttle your workspace, or, for serious or repeated violations, terminate your account without refund. Where possible we will contact you first to give you an opportunity to remedy the issue.

6. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of the Service by another workspace, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can share.
